According to a press release published by the sheriff s office Monday, March 8, Pearson was found by an employee who went to his residence at 1711 S.E. Oak Shore Lane to check on Pearson after he didn t show up at work. Pearson bought his house along the Willamette River for $1.2 million in 2015, according to the county assessor s office, which estimates its current value as $2.1 million. State business filings show that Pearson owned a marijuana processing company and small chain of pawn shops called A-1 Hawk, which are still doing business at outlets in Gladstone and Portland.
