An Arizonatourist who says he was injured during a popular Las Vegas hypnotist s show filed a lawsuit last week seeking compensation for thousands of dollars worth of medical bills.
Kevin Casselbury, of Scottsdale, was reportedly placed under a trance on Feb. 10, 2019, while attending the Marc Savard Comedy Hypnosis Show held at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
According to the complaint, which was filed in the Clark County District Court and has since been seen by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Casselbury said Savard had failed to warn Mr. Casselbury that an unreasonably dangerous condition existed inside the theater.

A Black Vancouver man shot by a Clark County sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop last week in Hazel Dell had no firearms inside his vehicle, court records show, and a sharp object described by one of the involved deputies, which apparently prompted the escalation, may have been a cordless Kobalt drill on the front passenger’s seat.
Investigators and court records have not indicated that the driver, Jenoah Donald, 30, reached for the item at any time during the incident.
Ex-Insurance Agent From Montana Charged With Fraud And Theft

Feb. 10 Former Helena insurance agent Mark Anthony Biegler has been charged with multiple felony counts of fraud and theft, according to a press release from the Office of the Montana State Auditor.
Biegler is charged with four felony counts of criminal insurance fraud and five felony counts of theft of insurance premiums. Each felony count carries a potential penalty of up to $50,000 in fines or up to 10 years in prison. A trial for Biegler is scheduled to begin in August in the Lewis and Clark County District Court.
