CANTON – A Stark County grand jury has indicted a Canton couple over the death of their 18-month-old son. According to the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office, Kevin L. Walker, 29, and Mary Guarendi, 24, face one count each of murder and endangering children. They are accused of fatally beating the child with “household furniture,” court records show. What happened to the baby? Canton police responded to a call on May 17 around 5 p.m. regarding a naked woman walking in the 1900 block of Maple Avenue NE.
