Mike DeWine’s office. DeWine’s spokesman Dan Tierney said the offer from the Browns and Bengals stadium operators came Feb. 5, when the NFL offered all its 30 stadiums for mass vaccination locations. No decisions yet have been made on whether sports arenas, many of which are publicly owned, will become mass vaccination sites in Ohio. There also isn’t any timeline for when such sites would open, with Tierney saying it would require an increase in the number of vaccines sent to Ohio.
