CLEVELAND An officer and a 911 dispatcher have both been fired from the Cleveland Division of Police following separate investigations into their conduct on and off the job, respectively.
Sgt. Christopher Graham, a 25-year veteran of the force, was let go following a disciplinary hearing regarding an arrest he made back on Sept. 12, 2017. Specifically, he was accused of choking a woman and failing to tell her why she was being detained, while also lying about his actions later.

DEA agent who shot Cleveland man during undercover investigation is identified

CLEVELAND, Ohio A police report revealed the name of a DEA agent who shot a 20-year-old Cleveland man April 14 during an undercover investigation in the city’s Hough neighborhood.
A Cleveland police report released Wednesday lists Ryan Schumacher as the victim in the incident in which authorities charged Trayvon Johnson with carrying a concealed weapon and menacing by stalking.
The report lists Schumacher’s address as an East 9th Street office building that houses the DEA’s Cleveland office.
The report, filed by an officer who responded to the scene after the shooting, does not include any details about the shooting itself.
