Bill Baker, Sr., age 85, of Harrogate, had been missing since Feb. 16.
He was last seen at Auto Zone in Middlesboro, Kentucky Feb. 24 by an employee.
Baker suffered from dementia.
According to a report from officials with the Bell County Sheriffâs Office, Bell County Rescue Squad and Kentucky State Police found Bakerâs body Tuesday night in the Page Cutoff community after someone reported a body in the woods while looking for deer sheds.
When Bell County Coroner Jay Steele arrived at the scene, he positively identified Baker.
An autopsy has been ordered, but there is no known cause of death at this time.

UPDATE (MARCH 16):
A grand jury will consider indictments against three people suspected in the February murder of Tazewell man Aaron Massengill after a Claiborne County judge found probable cause in the case.
Following a daylong hearing from detectives, witnesses and family, Judge Robert Estep said there is probable cause the defendants killed Massengill. He sent the case to a grand jury to determine if there is enough evidence to bring the case to trial.
At the prosecution’s request, Estep said suspects Courtney LeAnn Gilpin, Patrick Andrew Smith and Jimmy Lee Riffe will remain in jail in lieu of a $1 million bond.

The Bell County Sheriff s office is investigating the death of Bill Baker, Sr., 86, with help from the Cumberland County Sheriff s office.
Officials say a call came in to 911 around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, reporting a body in Page Cutoff. Once officials were on scene, they discovered the body of Baker up a mountainside.
Officials ordered an autopsy. Those findings will be turned over to Bell County Deputy Adam Southern, who is investigating the death.

The Claiborne County Sheriff s Department is searching for a missing Harrogate woman.
They said that Beverly Laws was last seen on Feb. 3 and that they have information indicating she could have been in Tazewell, Caryville or Newport, Tennessee. She could also have been in Cherokee or Asheville, North Carolina.
Officials said that she is around 5 0 and weighs around 100 pounds. She is 61 years old with hazel eyes and brown hair.
