Jo Brewer named Board Chair of Dawson County s Good Shepherd Clinic Jo Brewer Jo Brewer the executive director of Medical Plaza 400 in Dawson County has been named as the new board chair of the Good Shepherd Clinic.  In a press release issued this week, the Good Shepherd Clinic announced that after 37 years of service Brewer will retire from Northeast Georgia Health System at the end of December to assume the role as board chair of the clinic.  Speaking to the Dawson County News on Friday, Brewer said that she was honored by the announcement and hopes that she can continue the hard work done by the clinic’s board and volunteer staff.

Effingham, IL / Effingham Radio Dec 16, 2020 6:02 PM Mattoon, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Lake Land College Dental Hygiene students will now have the opportunity to transfer seamlessly to Eastern Illinois University. A new agreement will allow students who earn an associate degree in dental hygiene from Lake Land to go on to earn a bachelor’s degree in public health community health at Eastern Illinois University. “I am thrilled that students have this opportunity,” Lake Land College Division Chair Allied Health/Nursing Instructor Erin Swingler said. “This option is just one of the many ways we are demonstrating the mission, vision and values of Lake Land College within our community.”
