Name of Victim in Butler County Fatality Accident is Released Authorities have now released the name of the victim in a two-vehicle fatality accident, south of Clarksville. The Iowa State Patrol reports that the accident happened Wednesday at about 10:30pm, at the intersection of Highway 3 and Ridge Avenue in Butler County. A car driven by 22 year old Ariel Murillo of Hampton, went through the stop sign and was struck by a minivan driven by 24 year old Fernando Barragan-Barajas of Houston Texas. Both vehicles then went into the ditch. A passenger in the minivan, 26 year old Juan Murillo of Hampton, died of his injuries.
