And Line said people who lost homes aren’t the only ones impacted by the tragedy.
“There were a lot of folks impacted and I think this fire impacted all of us in the community whether you were an evacuee, whether you lost a home, whether you were a first responder, whether you were somebody who helped work at the disaster response center… I think the effects of the whole experience are traumatic for everyone involved,” she said.
The Grand Foundation, a nonprofit in Grand County which has raised money for wildfire relief gave Mind Springs Health, the county’s primary mental health provider $20,000 for counseling for anyone impacted by the fire. Line said the money will pay for five free sessions for anyone impacted by the fires.

GRANBY The U.S. Forest Service is investigating a wildfire that broke out inside the Williams Fork Fire closure area Saturday, May 22.
Around 2:30 p.m., fire crews responded to the area along Grand County Road 30, about 1 mile from the Sugarloaf Campgrounds near the Henderson Mill, for a wildfire that the Forest Service dubbed the Kinney Fire.
Forest Service spokesperson Tammy Williams said crews were able to contain the 4.7 acre fire around 3 p.m. that day with help from Hot Sulphur Springs Parshall Fire, Kremmling Fire, Grand Fire, Grand EMS and the Grand County Sheriff’s Office.
