WASHINGTON, D.C. - When Democrat Joe Biden is inaugurated as the nation’s 46th president on Wednesday amid the twin threats from the coronavirus pandemic and domestic terrorism, several Ohio members of Congress say they’ll skip the socially distant festivities.
