SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - The Florida Department of Health is confirming 1,323,315 total COVID-19 cases since March when the pandemic began. Currently, front line healthcare workers and those 65 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine but appointments are being filled quickly.
21,673 Florida residents have died since the beginning of the pandemic. it’s an increase of 127 deaths from Wednesday’s report.
