sam, 03. jui. 2021 MUSÉE GUTENBERG. Le Musée Gutenberg, à Fribourg, présente une nouvelle exposition temporaire intitulée Les Fribourgeoises sortent de l’ombre! Jusqu’au 19 septembre, l’événement retrace l’histoire des femmes du canton entre le XVe et le début du XXe siècle. L’exposition a été réalisée par des élèves de 10H issus de quatre cycles d’orientation (Belluard, Jolimont, Pérolles et Marly), pour commémorer les 50 ans du droit de vote des femmes. L’objectif est notamment de mettre les jeunes en contact direct avec des objets historiques et de leur permettre d’envisager l’histoire locale sous l’angle des relations sociales hommefemme. D’autres expos seront organisées par des CO au Musée gruérien en 2022, au Vitromusée en 2023 et, conjointement, au Musée des grenouilles et au Musée de Morat en 2024.…

Johannes Gutenberg: Google Doodle honours printing press pioneer The Gutenberg Museum launched a retrospective exhibition in his honour on 14 April 2000. German inventor Johannes Gutenberg revolutionised the publishing industry by introducing movable-type printing to Europe in 1439. Today, Google Doodle honoured Gutenberg, 553 years after his death. “When it comes to first impressions, no other historical figure made one quite like the inventor of the mechanical movable type printing press: German craftsman Johannes Gutenberg”.
