Camm apologises after failing to declare shares

The Brisbane Times reported Ms Camm failed to disclose shareholding in her husband Brendan Webb s consultancy business. Australian Securities and Investments Commission records state Ms Camm is a shareholder of the company Strategic Direction Performance. It has come to my attention that a company and trust which I have an interest was not declared on my register of interest, she said in a statement. I wasn t aware of this, I should have been and I apologise. These entities have not transacted since 2019 as part of a wind down process, they hold no assets and transact no business. During the time I held the position of Deputy Mayor of Mackay Regional Council, these interests were fully disclosed on my register of interest.
