Deputy State Coroner Jane Bentley issued the stark warning after investigating the death of five-month-old Baby J in south-east Queensland. An autopsy found the child died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) in 2015 and most likely asphyxiated while sleeping with his father on a makeshift sofa bed.
