Gurugram, May 7 : Gurugram Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg has asked all the hospitals with more than 50 beds capacity to manage their own liquid oxygen requirements.
For this, they can either set up a liquid oxygen plant or arrange a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), he said.
Garg chaired a virtual Covid review meeting on Friday. To fulfil oxygen needs in Gurugram it is planned to set up 6 oxygen plants in the district. Besides, the administration is also trying to set up an oxygen plant under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Gurugram, April 21 : Gurugram Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg on Wednesday said that the Covid situation is completely under control here as he ruled out clamping a fresh lockdown.
Garg warned shopkeepers of strict action if they were found selling commodities at prices higher than the MRP. The district administration is monitoring the arrangements related to Covid infection in Gurugram and no one will be allowed to take advantage of this situation. We have received complaints against some shopkeepers who have increased the prices of food items and medicines. Taking cognizance of such reports, officials have been instructed to raid such shopkeepers, Garg said.

Gurugram, April 8 : Gurugram has so far administered over 3 lakh doses of Covid vaccine since the launch of the inoculation drive on January 16.
This was disclosed by the Gurugram Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg during a review meeting with all the nodal officers on Thursday about containing the spread of the Covid pandemic.
Garg also directed all the officers to perform their duties well and keep a good synergy with their colleagues.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Gurugram, Virender Yadav has said that so far over 3 lakh people have been vaccinated in Gurugam district.
