Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival announces its full programme

Michael Pattison, will showcase 171 works encompassing experimental film, artists’ moving image and animation, split into live screenings and on-demand programmes.
The entire programme will be available worldwide, for free. In addition, all 171 films will be captioned for d/Deaf audiences, and a selection of audio-described programmes can also be enjoyed by blind and partially sighted audiences. Discussion events and Q&As will also be live-captioned.

The Athletic’s Keith Law released his list of the top 30 prospects for the 2021 MLB Draft. Leiter sits atop Law’s list at No. 1 overall. Here’s why:
Leiter is an age-eligible sophomore, and while he may not be the Commodores’ most famous starter right now, he’s their best prospect, with the best combination of stuff, command, and delivery in the draft. JACKSON, MI - He built them with his father when he was a youngster nearly 40 years ago. Now a father himself, he’s making the same memories building ice castles in the front yard with his own kids.
The year was 1985. Doc introduced Marty to a time machine made from a DeLorean, and Mark Koss Sr.’s father introduced him to the art of making ice sculptures in their yard. Koss Sr. now builds them with his kids, Mark Jr., age 8 and Leah, 10.
