DelphX Capital Markets Inc.: Delphx Announces Fully-Subscribed Non-Brokered Financing DelphX Capital Markets Inc. (TSXV: DELX) ( DelphX ) announced today that it intends to complete a fully-subscribed private placement (the Offering ) of 7,000,000 common shares (the Shares ) to strategic investors at a subscription price of C$0.29 per Share, for gross proceeds of C$2,030,000. In connection with the Offering, DelphX will pay cash finder s fees and issue finders warrants (the Finders Warrants ) to eligible finders. The Finders Warrants will be exercisable at $0.29 each for a period of five years after issuance. Completion of the Offering is subject to the final approval of the TSXV. The Shares issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of closing.
