Wizards District Gaming increased their lead atop the NBA 2K League s Eastern Conference by sweeping two games from Heat Check Gaming on Wednesday, 66-50 and 74-59.
Elsewhere on the first night of Week 8, Pistons GT edged Jazz Gaming 78-76 before the Jazz won the rematch 79-74. Raptors Uprising GC beat NetsGC twice, 99-95 and 90-70, while Warriors Gaming Squad handled Blazer5 Gaming twice, 77-75 and 69-62.
In the Wizards opening victory Wednesday, John JBM Mascone had 22 points and nine assists, while Justin Just Awkward Howell added 18 points and four steals. Juan Hotshot Gonzalez paced the Heat with 18 points and seven rebounds.

T-Wolves Gaming swept two games from Pacers Gaming on Saturday, with the winner overtaking the loser for first place in the NBA 2K League s Western Conference.
The T-wolves (16-6) prevailed 102-78 and 79-69 over the Pacers (15-7).
Dhwan ShiftyKaii White put up 34 points and 10 assists for the T-Wolves in the opener, and teammate Michael BearDaBeast Key contributed 28 points and 12 assists. The Pacers got 23 points and 15 assists from Enrique 630 Xavier Barraza plus 22 points from Andron LavishPhenom Thomas.
In the second game, ShiftyKaii logged 25 points and 10 assists while BearDaBeast and Xavier Big Saint St. John each had 23 points for the T-Wolves. 630 amassed 27 points and 13 assists, and LavishPhenom also scored 27 points.
76ers GC leap into fourth place with sweep

While some teams in the NBA 2K season continue to congregate at the top and bottom of the standings, there is room for jockeying in the middle. 76ers GC took advantage of such an opportunity by sweeping Raptors Uprising GC on Friday night to leapfrog into fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
76ers GC won 84-61 and 91-86, while NetsGC split with Knicks Gaming, winning 90-85 and losing 78-67. That set of results allowed the 76ers to improve their positioning, as only the top five teams in each conference are assured a playoff berth.

Tamer Bulleyy Mustafa sank a corner 3-pointer with 2.5 seconds left Thursday, giving Celtics Crossover Gaming a 72-70 win over Heat Check Gaming and a sweep of the teams NBA 2K League doubleheader.
The Celtics won the first game 69-61.
Each of the night s three other series also ended in sweeps. Pacers Gaming topped Bucks Gaming 73-71 and 82-75. T-Wolves Gaming beat Hawks Talon GC 86-68 and 92-73, and Hornets Venom GT got past Magic Gaming 78-65 and 82-75.
Bulleyy ended up with 17 points for the Celtics in their second game of the night while teammates Sheriff FT Cruz (25 points, 11 assists) and Jhade worthingcolt Black (18 points, 13 rebounds) produced double-doubles. Sten SAV Valge-Saar paced the Heat with 23 points and eight assists.
