League leaders Chelsea travel to Bath to play bottom of the table Bristol City, in a match rescheduled from January due to snow.

With Manchester City just two points behind after their 3-0 win over Manchester United on Friday, Chelsea need to keep piling up the points and the victories to stay on top.
