UKTV has acquired a new documentary,
Myleene Klass: Miscarriage & Me (pictured above), for its W premium channel to air in the fall.
The one-hour doc will focus on the British singer as she opens up about her four miscarriages, with the goal of shattering the taboo that typically surrounds that type of pregnancy loss.
Mylene Klass: Miscarriage & Me was commissioned by deputy director of commissioning and head of factual, Hilary Rosen and ordered for W by channel director Adam Collings.
“Miscarriage is a subject that has been shrouded in taboo and secrecy for far too long. We are so grateful to Myleene for her highly personal, raw and honest examination of its lifelong legacy and we hope this film can spark a bigger conversation,” said Rosen in a release.
