Jennie was appointed as the Group Head of Sustainability in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of BAT’s sustainability agenda, with a particular focus on human rights and sustainable agriculture. Prior to joining BAT, Jennie worked for the Co-operative Group from 2003 to 2006 as the company’s Corporate Responsibility Manager and prior to that she worked at Co-operative Financial Services as a Social Accountability Analyst. Jennie is also Vice Chair and one of the founding forces behind the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, the recently formed professional body.
