Provides $600 direct payments to individuals making up to $75,000 per year; $1,200 for couples making up to $150,000 per year with payments phased out for higher incomes - and $600 additional payments per dependent child.
• Paycheck Protection Program ($284 billion).
Revives the Paycheck Protection Program, which provides forgivable loans to qualified businesses. Especially hard-hit businesses that received PPP grants would be eligible for a second round. Ensures that PPP subsidies are not taxed.
