Manna receives $15,000 grant from Publix Super Markets Charities
Publix Super Markets Charities recently awarded a $15,000 grant to Manna Food Bank in support of Manna’s programs and partnerships in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. The grant has funded the equivalent of 9,000 healthy meals distributed in 2020 and 2021 to children, seniors and families.

Pen Air Federal Credit Union gives $10,000 to local nonprofits
The employees of Pen Air Federal Credit Union presented a total of $10,000 to two local nonprofits during the first quarter of 2021. The Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center and the Children’s Home Society of Florida each received a gift of $5,000 to enhance the lives of the people they serve.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – The Children’s Home Society of Florida, Flagler Health+, St. Johns County School District and St. Johns River State College are coming together to offer support to students beyond education.
Officials tell News4Jax a call to a parent from a school nurse would typically require the child to be picked up from school, taken home, and then schedule an appointment with a physician. Now, these needs can be addressed more urgently and free of charge, with a visit to the Flagler Health+ Wellness Kiosk.
