The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court was today told that Bung Moktar Radin had submitted an application letter from the Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (Felcra) Bhd to invest RM150 million in the Public Mutual unit trust whereas the Felcra Board of Directors only agreed to invest RM50 million.

NAJIB Razak told the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today he was angry at being deceived over a letter of support for a mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems maintenance and operation contract at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) to be awarded to a company owned by Peter Anthony.
The former prime minister said Zaki Azmi, who was then the chairman of the UMS board of directors during a meeting at Parliament, informed him that UMS had never issued a letter or given any support and agreement to award the contract to Anthony’s company, namely Syarikat Asli Jati Engineering Sdn Bhd.

Najib Abdul Razak told the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today that he was angry at being deceived in connection with a letter of support for a mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems maintenance and operation contract at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) to be awarded to a company owned by former Sabah infrastructure development minister Peter Anthony.
The former prime minister, who for the first time testified as a prosecution witness, said then UMS board of directors chairperson Zaki Azmi during a meeting at the Parliament House informed him that UMS had never issued a letter or given any support and agreement to award the contract to Peter s company, namely Syarikat Asli Jati Engineering Sdn Bhd.
