Johor DAP urges Putrajaya to propose replacement for HSR

The federal government has been urged to submit a proposal for the development of another transport infrastructure in place of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project which has been terminated, to drive Johor’s economic growth and in enhancing regional connectivity.
Johor opposition representatives in a statement today said a proposal for the development of a transport infrastructure network in the affected areas would soon be submitted to Johor Menteri Besar Hasni Mohammad, which was for the well-being of the people in the state.
