Reviews medical reports in preparation for claims settlement evaluation
May participate in one or more complex or occasionally highly complex special assignments
May serve as a committee team lead for large projects or as a committee team member on very large projects
May serve as a subrogation or arbitration panelist
Participates in targeted reviews
Researches, responds to, or participates in Department of Insurance complaints or investigations
Participates in or leads Telephone Alert Conferences regarding complex claims referred to Home Office
Prepare referrals to Home Office
Researches and responds to or resolves complex compliance issues
May serve as a team lead or fill in for the FPL as needed
Functional Skills
Advanced ability to deliver results, collaborate, and make effective decisions
Ability to understand business strategy as it relates to case retention, quality case handling and case disposition
Ability to be a change champion with intermediate change management skills
Advanced understanding and Knowledge of Nuance, Adobe Pro, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, One-Note, SharePoint, Share file and One-Drive
Intermediate project management skills and quality assurance skills
Advanced computer skills and ability to maneuver within and utilize litigation software
Ability to engage, influence and motivate

Maintain a thorough understanding of the governing Rules and Rates for all personal insurance lines in all states Encompass writes insurance
Process endorsement requests, Evidence of Insurance, ID cards, etc., within established timelines and procedures
