Beasley was arrested on IDOC Warrant for Parole Violations, with new charges of manufacturing/distributing meth of 100-400 grams, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Beasley is still currently in the Effingham County Jail. Effingham Police Department arrested 23-year-old Dillon R. Manhart of Oblong, IL. Manhart was arrested for violation of order of protection, an Edgar County warrant for domestic battery/physical contact, and a Clark County violation of an order of protection. Effingham Police Department arrested 18-year-old James H. Weber of Effingham. Weber was arrested for driving without a drivers license. Weber was released with a notice to appear.
