KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 14 The government’s plan to restore the Federal Land Development Authority’s (Felda) cash flow and manage its corporate debt is among matters expected to be raised at the Dewan Rakyat sitting today.
According to the Order of the Meeting, the matter will be raised by Datuk Ahmad Nazlan Idris (BN-Jerantut) through a question to the prime minister.
Khoo Poay Tiong (PH-Kota Melaka) will ask the prime minister whether the government will publish the final report of the Electoral Reform Committee (ERC) to members of Parliament and the public.

LAW minister Takiyuddin Hassan blamed the opposition for failing to understand legal provisions that allow three MPs under home quarantine to appear in Parliament today.
The Prevention and Control of Infections Diseases Act (Act 342) allowed for it, he said in a tweet shortly after the opposition bloc walked out during a division vote for the Federal Territories Ministry budget today.

THE opposition has staged a walkout during the division vote for the Federal Territories Ministry budget after three MPs who were undergoing Covid-19 home quarantine turned up in Parliament.
Just before the walkout, Dr Xavier Jayakumar (Kuala Langat-PH) asked why there were three MPs in the public gallery clad in personal protective equipment (PPE).

KUALA LUMPUR: Covid-19 forced Parliament to adopt a new norm, after three MPs currently undergoing home quarantine turned up in Parliament fully clad in personal protective equipment (PPE) to participate in the voting process.
The three MPs - Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba (BN-Tenggara), Datuk Seri M. Saravanan (BN-Tapah) and P. Prabakaran (PH-Batu) - were seen clad in full white aprons, along with blue shower caps and visors.
The three were seated at the highest floor of the House, away from all other MPs.
