Arab, GCC men face charges of drug abuse 30 Jan 2021 Mohammed Yaseen, Staff Reporter The Dubai Public Prosecution referred a GCC and an Arab , one of them is at large, to the Criminal Court, on charges of facilitating drug abuse for an Asian who is referred to a misdemeanour court. Details date back to July 2020, when a team of the Anti- Narcotic Department moved to the scene of a tip-off stating that an Arab cook fainted in the reception hall of a hotel in Dubai. The report added that the cook was suspected of drug abuse, and that he was a hotel guest accompanied by a GCC and an Asian.
