CSTO foreign ministers to discuss international situation, make political statements in Dushanbe MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) – An offline session of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will take place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on 19 May. Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas will take part in it, BelTA learned from CSTO Press Secretary Vladimir Zainetdinov. Azerbaijan prepares for future invasion of Armenia by occupying positions in Syunik Search for: On May 12, the Azerbaijani military crossed into the Republic of Armenia and moved 3.5 kilometers into Syunik province, seizing the entirety of Sev Lake.
