Two of the most dynamic strikers in the Bantamweight division lock horns this Saturday (July 24, 2021) when standout contender Cory Sandhagen welcomes former champion T.J. Dillashaw back to the Octagon after 2.5 years away (details here). That’s far from the only Bantamweight attraction on display, however, as Aspen Ladd will take on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) winner Macy Chiasson and Kyler Phillips will attempt to continue his rise at Raulian Paiva’s expense.

Next week’s UFC 264 preliminary card was supposed to feature an intriguing welterweight battle between Sean Brady and Kevin Lee, but the fight will instead take place in late August.
The UFC announced earlier this week that following Lee withdrawing from the July 10th pay-per-view blockbuster due to injury, his matchup with Brady has been rescheduled for a Fight Night card on August 28th.
Brady (14-0) came into the UFC as the Cage Fury FC welterweight champion with a lot of potential. Needless to say he has been very impressive in his four Octagon appearances, most recently submitting Jake Matthews at UFC 259 in March. The Philadelphia native has ascended to #14 in the latest UFC welterweight rankings.

UFC 262 has the chance to be a storybook moment in the brilliant career of Michael Chandler. The former Bellator star finally has his chance for UFC gold, competing for the vacant lightweight title in the main event of Saturday’s UFC 262 card. But one major obstacle stands in Chandler’s path.
Chandler’s opponent, Charles Oliveira, has decimated opponents in his last eight fights, and he is primed to win his ninth in a row—and start his own long-awaited championship—with a victory against Chandler.
Despite only having one title fight, the main card for 262 is full of compelling bouts. Fight fans have certainly enjoyed seeing cards with multiple titles on the line, but top to bottom, this is an outstanding card that builds perfectly to the main event.

After Miller’s UFC 258 fight against Bobby Green was canceled the day before, Miller wanted to make a quick turnaround. He ended up getting that as on April 10 he will return against the highly-touted prospect, Joe Solecki who is someone Miller knows quite well given they are both from New Jersey.
“I know a little about bit him. He came up in Cage Fury which is a promotion I fought on and a lot of my training partners fight in,” Miller said on Just Scrap Radio on BJPENN.com. “I’ve seen him fight on the local circuit. It doesn’t matter, Sean gave me a name and I said yes. My job is to be the best I can be on fight night, not pick my opponents. It shouldn’t matter who I’m fighting, if they have been around a long time or a new guy because if I make them fight my fight I’m going to win. That’s what it comes down to.”
