The charges against Darrell Dawkins and Kevin Dawkins are merely allegations. Neither man has been convicted of any offenses in this case.
Authorities previously stated that killed on site at the Saturday night party were Kevin Elliott, 30, and Asia Hester, 25, both Bridgeton residents. Another dozen people were wounded, state police say.
State police say the shooting started around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The names of the men and women wounded at the party are being withheld.

The woman killed on Saturday night s mass shooting at a New Jersey house party has been identified as a 25-year-old hardworking healthcare worker who came to the United States from Jamaica, according to her grieving family and social media. Asia Hester was shot dead along with another man at a birthday BBQ in Fairfield Township on Saturday night where hundreds of people were gathered.
