The EPC contractor for the project is Sharp Energy Solutions Corporation. The solar farm will be mainly constructed on the site of a golf course, with commercial operations expected to start in 2023. Pacifico said that, once commissioned, the plant will generate approximately 93 million kilowatt hours of electricity a year. The project was financed by MUFG Bank, with Baker McKenzie acting as legal counsel to Pacifico.
