Residence: Gettysburg Borough Education: Graduated from Gettysburg Area High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College Political Experience: My initial political experience started with volunteering during the Bush-Cheney Campaign and had expanded from there leading to my current position. Community involvement: I have been an active member of the community as a volunteer. Currently, I am a volunteer, foster, and board member of Forever Love Rescue in Gettysburg. I have been the Vice President of the PTSO of James Gettys Elementary School, served on the Adams County Board of Elections, volunteered with the YWCA 5K Run, Red Cross Blood Drives, Disaster Services & Damage Assessment, and multiple Republican Party activities.

I avidly work on a daily basis to increase social change and decrease at risk behavior. Education: I graduated Gettysburg Area High School in 2010 and am currently studying sociology and criminology. Political Experience: I am not a politician so I have no interest or experience in politics. I am just a young courageous woman; who is ready, willing, and able to help protect and serve her community. Community Involvement: I’ve been a sixth grade camp counselor. I’ve worked at Hoffman Homes for Youth, and have founded Kierstan’s Kids LLC and #Live4Love Inc. I am currently working to better our Pennsylvania Safe Schools and Student Assistance Programs. Rachel Warthen, of Fairfield, was recently inducted to Tri Beta, the Biology Department honor society at Lebanon Valley College. Warthen, a graduate of Gettysburg Area High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in biology. Tri Beta is a society for students, particularly undergraduates, dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research. ——— Isaiah Livelsberger of New Oxford was among the University of Scranton students recently inducted into Phi Alpha Theta, the international honor society in history. For induction into the honor society, students must have completed 12 credits in history, have a grade point average of 3.33 or higher in history, and rank in the top 35 percent of their overall class. Livelsberger is a senior international studies and philosophy major at the University of Scranton which is a Jesuit university located in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
