Foster was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months, fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.
A DISQUALIFIED driver has received another ban after he was caught behind the wheel. Callan John Foster, 31, of Kendale Road, Bridgwater, was stopped by police after being seen driving in North Petherton on September 14 last year. After pleading guilty to the offence at Taunton Magistrates Courts, Foster was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He received a 12-month driving ban. At the same hearing he admitted driving without insurance, for which he received no separate penalty.
