NEW YORK, NY .- This March, Christie’s presents two live auctions dedicated to shining a spotlight onto the defining voices of Post-War and Contemporary art. The Post-War to Present sale opens the week on March 9 with stellar examples by Matthew Wong, Emily Mae Smith, Derrick Adams, Kenneth Noland, Elaine de Kooning and Ruth Asawa while the March 10 Contemporary Edition sale features nearly 200 striking prints and multiples from leading names such as Frank Stella, Jasper Johns and Alex Katz and important contemporary artists such as KAWS and Damien Hirst, with estimates starting at under $1,000.

Knoxville Biz Ticker: Demolition of former Radioisotope Development Lab underway at Oak Ridge The Knoxville News-Sentinel 2/25/2021 Knoxville News Sentinel Demolition of former Radioisotope Development Lab underway at Oak Ridge OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – DOE’s Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM) and contractor UCOR have begun removing the two remaining structures at the former Radioisotope Development Lab at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). “This project launches our next phase of major demolition and cleanup at ORNL,” said Nathan Felosi, OREM’s portfolio federal project director for ORNL. “Our work is eliminating contaminated structures, like this one, that are on DOE’s list of high-risk facilities and clearing space for future research missions.”
