UPDATE: Due to the continued serious flooding across many parts of central and eastern Kentucky, the NWS offices serving the Commonwealth, and Kentucky Emergency Management Agency (KYEM), have agreed to POSTPONE the Statewide Tornado Drill.
WKU will participate in the statewide tornado safety drill Wednesday (March 3). At approximately 9:07 a.m. (Central time), WKU will test its emergency communications network, including the outdoor warning speakers and emergency text messaging system.
This is
an informational drill only and WKU will maintain normal activities during this test.
