The UK’s largest online property site, Rightmove, has released its house price index today. The estate portal said there is strong evidence that people will continue to prioritise their housing needs despite current uncertainty. Rightmove said that even though the future remains uncertain, demand for housing and buyer affordability will be strong enough to “outweigh some of these dampening effects”.
