The firm sold the two-building, 198,000-square-foot industrial development to KKR, a global investment firm. This is the second property KKR has purchased from Conor. Earlier this year, the firm acquired Conor s Park 12 Hundred Tech Center in Westminster, Colorado. DALLAS (PRWEB) April 12, 2021 Cadence McShane Construction Company is underway with construction on Sunset High School, a public secondary school located in the North Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas. This project is one of the final remaining projects within the 2015 Bond Program with Dallas Independent School District.
Designed by Corgan, the project design includes renovation and addition to the historic 1925 Oak Cliff campus. Additions will include a Fine Arts and Athletics wing, which will house a competition gym and serves as the campus storm shelter. Renovations involve replacement of windows and skylights, cleaning and resealing of exterior masonry, and reworking of the entry and admin area.
