Young Australia women most resistant to Covid vaccine: Poll Friday, April 9, 2021 IWK Bureau Young women are the most reluctant group in Australia to get vaccinated against Covid-19, a new survey revealed on Thursday. Researchers from Australian National University (ANU) published the latest edition of the survey that has tracked the experiences and attitudes of 3,030 Australians during the pandemic, reports Xinhua news agency. It found that only 43 per cent of women aged 18 to 24 said they were willing to get vaccinated as soon as possible compared to 63 per cent of the rest of the population. Young women were less willing than other groups to receive the vaccine, Diana Cardenas, the lead author of the survey, said.
