The US is reeling after supporters of President Trump stormed the Capitol building in Washington DC on the day Congress was meeting to confirm Joe Biden s election victory.
Lawmakers were forced to take shelter, the building was put into lockdown and four people died in the chaos that followed a pro-Trump rally near the White House.

To keep families safe and celebrating this year, the Mayor and the Greater Lansing Jewish Foundation hold a digital menorah lighting ceremony to mark the first day of Hanukkah.

LANSING, Mich. â Today marks the beginning of the 8-day Jewish celebration of the Festival of Lights or the holiday more popularly known as Hanukkah. To start off the holiday here in Lansing, Mayor Andy Schor and the Greater Lansing Jewish Federation hosted a completely digital menorah lighting ceremony outside of City Hall.
