New Delhi [India], February 18 (ANI): Disha Ravi, accused in the toolkit case, approached the Delhi High Court on Thursday seeking a direction to the Delhi Police to not leak any investigation material in relation to FIR filed against her to any third party, including the media.
NEW DELHI: Climate activist Disha Ravi, who is currently in police remand, has moved the Delhi high court seeking a direction to Delhi police against leaking any material to the media in relation to the toolkit case. Ravi has also prayed for a direction to the Union government to take appropriate action against News18, India Today, Times Now and all other satellite TV channels

The Ministry will soon release guidelines on Over the Top (OTT) platforms as it is receiving a lot of complaints against some serials available here, said Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar on Sunday. We have received a lot of complaints against some serials available on OTT platforms. Films and serials released on OTT platforms and digital newspapers do not come under the purview of the Press Council Act, Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, or Censor Board. We will come up with some guidelines on it soon, he said while addressing media.
