The community of Monte Vista recently honoured one of their local residents for achieving a significant milestone.
Genevieve Lentz was recently elected as the first female in Africa to be a deputy referee in table tennis at the Tokyo Olympic Games taking place later this year.
To celebrate this, residents of Monte Vista, including the neighbourhood watch, ratepayers and residents association, ward councillor and private security companies, held a drive-by for her.
