Three teams featured in the last-four draw for the final domestic cup competition of the season, as Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates still need to vie for a place in the next round. Sundowns and Pirates will face off in the last quarter-final fixture on 15 April, due to their ongoing respective CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup commitments. In the meantime, Tshakhuma, who overcame Black Leopards in a tighly contested affair at Thohoyandou Stadium on Sunday evening, have been drawn to face the winner of next month s mammoth encounter.

Pule Maraisane and Waseem Isaacs led the line for All Stars, while former SuperSport United duo Thabiso Nkoana and Atusaye Nyondo did duty for the Tshwane outfit. All Stars looked to hit the front from the first few exchanges following a free-kick, but goalkeeper Itumeleng Lesu made a fantastic double save before Nkoana threatened at the other end. However, All Stars regained momentum minutes from the half-hour mark and hit the front after Isaacs beat Lesu to a ball over the top before slotting into an empty net.

Mamadou Junior Karamoko leaves Tshakhuma TTM without playing

Mar 5, 2021 - 04:38 pm By Lovemore Moyo Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila s January transfer window signing Mamadou Junior Karamoko has left the club without kicking a ball after falling to convince the new owners to retain him. Karamako was signed prior to the completion of TTM’s sale from Lawrence Mulaudzi to Abram Sello and he continued training under the new owner but eventually found no joy. He has since terminated his contract and headed back home to Ivory Coast, even though his work permit had already been issued. Karamoko agreed on a deal up to the end of the season with an option to extend, with his representative confirming that following weeks of frustration, Karamoko took a settlement.
