CAPE TOWN - Suspected crime boss Nafiz Modack has now brought an attempted murder case against the commander of the Bellville Police Station in connection with his recent arrest in Century City.
Modack and co-accused, Jacques Cronje and Ricardo Morgan, appeared in the Cape Town Magistrates Court on Friday on a raft of charges.

CAPE TOWN - The widow of slain Anti-Gang Unit (AGU) detective Charl Kinnear said that the truth about the plot to kill her husband would soon be revealed.

CAPE TOWN - More charges have been brought against alleged crime boss Nafiz Modack who made a second court appearance this week. This time at the Bishop Lavis Magistrates Court.
Anti-Gang Unit member, Ashley Tabisher who was arrested over the weekend, appeared with him in the dock to face a corruption charge for allegedly leaking sensitive information to underworld figures in the Western Cape.

Alleged underworld figure Nafiz Modack was back in court on Tuesday - this time on corruption charges for allegedly bribing an officer for police intel.
Nafiz Modack and Anti-Gang Unit (AGU) member Ashley Tabischer appeared in the Bishop Lavis Magistrate s Court on corruption charges.
It s alleged that Modack bribed the 39-year-old officer in exchange for police information, reports Eyewitness News journalist Kevin Brandt.
Modack is also facing a range of other charges relating to alleged gang activity and conspiracy to commit murder.
This is in connection with an alleged plot involving a hand grenade outside the home AGU detective Charl Kinnear in 2019.
