The former bodyguard to Petra Ecclestone s ex-husband James Stunt was today cleared of stealing his £515,000 yellow diamond.
Justinas Ivaskevicius, 34, was found not guilty of the theft of a 16.18-carat gem from Stunt s £10 million Belgravia home in December 2017 as the owner s life descended into cocaine-addled chaos.
The gem, valued at £515,000, was part of the haul said to have been taken during a raid on the luxury central London home three years ago whilst the security guard was working there.
Despite being cleared of the theft, Ivaskevicius was found guilty by a Southwark Crown Court jury of two counts of possessing criminal property and four counts of handling stolen goods, relating to cash found at his home by police.
