Kamran Khan A man jailed for indecent assault and false imprisonment in Oxford has had his sentence extended for blackmailing a prison inmate. Kamran Khan, 39, blackmailed a fellow inmate into transferring thousands of pounds into his mother’s bank account and intimidated the victim when demands for more failed. Khan and another man who sexually humiliated a young girl were jailed for a total of 20 years in 2018. Khan and Raheem Ahmed, of Starwort Path, Oxford, were convicted after a five-month hearing into child sexual exploitation in the city. The major trial, one of the biggest in Oxford Crown Court s history, saw a total of eight men convicted for running a child grooming ring on a massive scale across Oxford.
