  We wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held today i.e., May 7, 2021, the Board approved the audited financial results of the Corporation (both standalone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2021, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).   We would like to state that the statutory auditors of the Corporation have issued audit reports with unmodified opinion on the financial statements.   A copy of the said results along with the Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation with unmodified opinion are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
