UNESCO Member States finish successful capacity building for ASPNET coordinators WILLEMSTAD - UNESCO Member and Associate Member states successfully finished a 3-half day “Sub-regional Capacity Building Training Workshop for National and School ASP Network Coordinators” (Associate Schools Network), which took place online. The Curaçao National Commission for UNESCO in collaboration with the Commissions of St. Maarten and St. Lucia National jointly organized this training workshop from April 19 until April 21, 2021. The activity counted on the participation of between 35 to 40 teachers, coordinators and national coordinators and also interested persons throughout the Caribbean. The UNESCO Associated Schools Network (ASPnet) links educational institutions across the world around a common goal: to build the defences of peace in the minds of children and young people.
