Silver Alert issued for missing Columbia County man

PORTAGE, Wis. A Silver Alert has been issued for a Columbia County man who went missing Sunday.
Randall Froehlich, 83, was last seen at his home in the Portage area. Froehlich left in his vehicle and told his wife he was going to look at houses, though he has not been seen since. Officials said he was most recently spotted in Oshkosh on Monday.
Froehlich is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has blue eyes and gray, balding hair with a mustache. Officials were unable to confirm what he was last seen wearing.

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Wis. - A Silver Alert has been issued for an 83-year-old man from Columbia County in Wisconsin.
Randall Froehlich left in his vehicle from the Portage area on Sunday, July 18. Officials say Froehlich told his wife he was going to look at houses and has not been seen since. Froehlich was last seen in Oshkosh shortly before 3 a.m. on Monday.
Froehlich is described as a male, white, 5 9 tall, weighing 180 pounds, with blue eyes, gray hair and mustache, and balding. He was driving a 2008 black Mercedes Benz E3504M with Wisconsin license

I-39 reopens following crash near Portage

PORTAGE, Wis. Interstate-39 has reopened after all lanes were closed near Portage due to a crash Friday afternoon.
The state Department of Transportation said the crash happened at 3:35 p.m. As a result, all lanes at mile marker 85 were blocked in both directions.
Closures lasted for more than three hours, with all lanes reopening at 6:54 p.m.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Department and Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene.
Officials were unable to confirm whether anyone was injured at this time.
